Non-Disclosure Agreement

Components that require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are not available in GerberGPT datasets and models. Users are also unable to add these components to the GerberGPT dataset. This policy ensures compliance with confidentiality agreements and protects proprietary information. As a result, only components with publicly accessible data are included in GerberGPT’s offerings, ensuring a secure and transparent environment for all users.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the GerberGPT AI model, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the GerberGPT AI model.

  1. GerberGPT is an AI-powered tool designed to assist in PCB design by generating Gerber code files from schematic models and component package models. The service also includes a Developer Portal for managing private components, schematics, and component packages.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the GerberGPT AI model. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
  3. Use of Service

Permitted Use:

You may use the GerberGPT AI model for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Prohibited Use:

You may not use the GerberGPT AI model:

  • To upload or input components requiring a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • To violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

  1. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the GerberGPT AI model, including but not limited to the AI model, software, and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of TONLABS TECH CO., LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  2. Privacy Your use of the GerberGPT AI model is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using this service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

  3. In no event shall TONLABS TECH CO., LTD., its affiliates, or their respective directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the GerberGPT AI model.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
  1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TONLABS TECH CO., LTD. and its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the GerberGPT AI model.
  2. We may terminate or suspend your access to the GerberGPT AI model immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
  3. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the GerberGPT AI model following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  4. These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of CHINA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
